Book Surge is another company that publishes anything they that comes in, offering few options. Their $498 package offers a generic cover and formatting via template. To get an original cover will cost an additional $999. Other extras include $150 to get the back cover edited. Their price for a 200 page book is reasonable at $14.99, and their royalties are reasonable as well, higher than some and lower than others. Their print prices are high in quantities under fifty.
Contract is non-exclusive. They claim worldwide distribution but don't offer Ingram. Alibris and Abebooks are online distributors of almost all POD books, but they do get your book into some other places that it wouldn't usually go. Their bookstore is attractive. Authors have little freedom when it comes to most aspects of the book's design unless they opt for the custom cover option.
